Spring has brought more than just fresh mountain air to McCall. It also marked a season of meaningful upgrades and improvements throughout Hearthstone
Over the past few months, our team has been hard at work enhancing the comfort, safety, and overall living experience for our residents. This spring’s refurbishment efforts focused on both essential infrastructure and interior updates, ensuring our homes remain welcoming, functional, and well-maintained.
Interior Enhancements
Comfort starts from the ground up. Bedroom carpet was replaced in ten homes, while four homes received a fresh coat of interior paint.
Appliance Upgrades
Reliable home appliances are a top priority. This season, we replaced hot water heaters in six homes, helping ensure consistent performance and energy efficiency. Additionally, six kitchen ranges were upgraded, providing residents with improved functionality and more dependable cooking appliances.
Exterior and Structural Work
Beyond interiors, we addressed key structural needs. Two homes received brand-new roofs, reinforcing protection against Idaho’s varied weather conditions and extending the longevity of these residences. Two buildings also received a fresh coat of exterior paint.
Seasonal Care & Preventative Maintenance
In addition to these upgrades, every home receives a comprehensive seasonal deep clean by our dedicated housekeeping team, ensuring each space is refreshed from top to bottom. Our in-house maintenance technicians also complete a thorough preventative maintenance checklist, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to keep each home operating at its best year-round.
The Road Ahead
As part of our continued commitment to maintaining community infrastructure, we will be completing an asphalt sealcoat of the roadway this June. This project will help preserve the quality and longevity of our roads while providing a smoother, more durable surface for residents and guests. Complete roadway replacement is anticipated in 2031.
