As the season of renewal is in full swing, Hearthstone is seeing exciting changes within our homes. We’ve been hard at work improving the living spaces, making them more comfortable, functional, and stylish. From new TVs to furniture upgrades and even fresh coats of paint, here’s a look at the exciting improvements happening at Hearthstone this season!
New TVs in the Living Rooms and Master Bedrooms
To update and enhance the entertainment experience, we’ve replaced the oldest and most frequently used TVs in the living rooms and master bedrooms of all Hearthstone homes. The previous models had become outdated, so we upgraded to larger, more advanced TVs that offer superior picture quality and enhanced functionality, ensuring that every movie night or gaming session is more immersive than ever.
To make room for these upgrades, the existing 43” TVs were relocated to the guest bedrooms and wall-mounted where appropriate creating a sleek, modern look while saving valuable space. The changes provide a comfortable viewing experience and ensure that every space in the home is both functional and enjoyable.
Dining Room Chair Reupholstery: Comfort Meets Style
This spring, we completed an 18-month reupholstery project for our dining room chairs and barstools. Rather than replacing the existing furniture, we opted to breathe new life into them by adding 3″ high-density foam to the seats. To maintain the upscale look of our interiors, the seats were recovered with a rich, brown faux leather. This choice strikes the perfect balance between luxury and practicality, as it’s easy to clean and durable enough for our mixed-use environment. This enhancement not only increases the seat height but also greatly improves the overall comfort, making those long dinners or game nights even more enjoyable.
Fresh Paint for Four Homes
Spring is the perfect time for a little refreshing touch, and that’s exactly what we did by painting the interiors of four homes. A fresh coat of paint brings new life to the space, creating a clean atmosphere throughout the homes.
Birch Homes Window Replacement: Restoring Clarity and Comfort
We recently tackled an issue with window fogging caused by seal failure in over 30 homes at Birch. The affected windows were replaced, restoring clear views and improving the overall aesthetics. This upgrade not only enhances the appearance of the homes but also eliminates a significant sign of disrepair.
