Keeping It Cozy and Warm
- This spring we replaced the water heaters in nine homes. Installed by professional plumbers, these new units ensure you can enjoy consistent hot water without a hitch.
A Fresh Coat of Perfection
- We gave several homes a fresh look with new paint both inside and out. This not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also adds a layer of protection to the property.
Stepping Up the Comfort
- Six of our homes received brand-new living room carpets. This upgrade adds a touch of comfort underfoot and a fresh, welcoming feel to the heart of your home.
Resting Easy
- We sourced new mattresses from Leisure Industries in Boise for eight of our homes. Partnering with this local factory ensures we provide top-quality comfort while supporting local businesses.
Surfing Smoothly
- Earlier this spring, we added additional wired internet accounts and equipped every Hearthstone home with new, top-tier wifi equipment. With download speeds up to 175 Mbps and upload speeds of 50 Mbps, our recently installed Eero 6+ Wifi system offers powerful coverage and advanced technology. This ensures a seamless and reliable internet experience, which was a top request in our 5 Year Owner Survey conducted last fall.
