Our Process
- Linens and towels are laundered in commercial machines with a high-quality detergent and color-safe bleach.
- Bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected with TruShot Bathroom Cleaner by SC Johnson.
- Kitchen appliances and surfaces are cleaned then wiped with Clean by Peroxy, an all-purpose cleaner and sanitizer.
- Glass surfaces are cleaned with industrial glass and surface cleaner.
- General items (lightswitches, remotes, handrails, etc.) are cleaned with disinfectant and allowed the proper dwell-time to effectively kill viruses and bacteria.
- Furnishings and blinds are dusted with furniture polish.
- Carpets and upholstered furniture are vacuumed.
- Hard floors are swept and damp mopped.
- Homes are stocked with Clean by Peroxy, antibacterial soap and extra paper towels for cleaning during your stay.
- As a final touch, the most frequently touched surfaces receive one final disinfection application prior to your arrival.
In addition to our standard cleaning process, the Hearthstone homes also receive an extensive deep clean along with professional carpet cleaning each spring and fall. This quality cleaning process ensures our homes are safe and enjoyable while maintaining their simple beauty and like-new condition.
