As you head over to the Ranch House this summer for a cool dip or a hot soak, you’re sure to be impressed with all of the recent changes to the pool patio.
Approaching the entrance you’ll immediately notice the fresh, vibrant landscaping added, along with the beautiful new gated entrance. The always popular outdoor heated pool looks even bigger surrounded by the extended patio and the newly added 15 ‘x 17’ splash pad is sure to be the summer hot spot for all the kids.
The outdoor hot tub was also in need of a little TLC and was resurfaced in June. The new stucco surface has given quite the face-lift to this year-round oasis.

Additional chaise lounges and patio tables are on their way and will help put the finishing touches on this wonderfully upgraded pool patio.
These projects were all part of the first phase in a series of Ranch House improvements planned by the Spring Mountain Ranch HOA. The next time you’re at Hearthstone check out the full design plan on display in the Ranch House, which includes the addition of gazebos, playground equipment, a new fire pit and the expansion of the fitness center.
